We work with individuals, couples, and families who seek positive and transformative change in their lives. Our experienced therapists help clients of all ages and backgrounds cope with challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. Our diverse group of therapists have extensive experience working with all races and ethnicities and bring cultural and LGBTQ sensitivity into our work with clients.
Feeling stuck in your relationship, career, or another area of life? Tired of your same old behavior patterns? Individual therapy can empower you to break through negative habits to create new goals and achieve them. Talk to us about what you’re looking to change and we’ll find the perfect therapist for you.
We love working with couples. Why? Because it takes courage to show up to counseling — and that’s pretty inspiring. Team up with a specialized couples’ therapist to take the first step in transforming your relationship with healthier communication patterns, conflict resolution, and real-life tools to help you and your partner thrive.
Family, Adolescent, and Child Therapy
Is your teen or child struggling? Is the conflict at home never-ending? Therapy isn’t just for grown-ups. Our experienced family and child therapists support individuals of all ages and their families to foster mental balance and healthy relationships amid life’s challenges. Let us work with you to create a brighter future.
Other Areas of Specialization
Our therapists also have specialized training in the following areas:
Stress-Related Health Issues
Are you in physical pain? The link between stress and physical health is well-documented, with some medical experts estimating that 60 to 80 percent of all physical issues are connected to our emotions. If you suffer from gastrointestinal disorders, headaches, heart conditions, back problems, or other stress-related health issues, our trained therapists can incorporate stress-management tools into your sessions as a complement to your other medical care.
Substance Abuse Follow-Up and Relapse Prevention
The path to recovery is an ongoing road — and we’re here to support you. Several of our therapists have substance abuse certification and years of experience helping clients staying clean and sober. When underlying issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts arise during the process, your therapist will be there to help you confront them, drug-free.
Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
Several of our therapists are trained to partner with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and companies to offer short-term individual and group counseling services in the aftermath of a significant traumatic event. Through these interventions, we support individuals with the space to process trauma, crisis, suicide, abuse, and other challenges to mental health.
